Palo Santo – Aromatic Wood
Palo Santo is an aromatic wood that grows in South America. Often called the “holy wood,” it is considered one of the most fragrant woods in the world. When burned, its smoke is believed to help ease cold symptoms, reduce anxiety, depression, and headaches, while providing a calming effect on the immune and nervous systems.
How to use:
Light the stick while holding it at a 45-degree angle with the flame pointing downward. Let the flame burn for about 30–60 seconds, then gently blow it out. While it is smoldering, place it on a fireproof surface. The stick can be used multiple times.
Please be careful when working with fire and never leave it unattended.
